NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING CONCERNING OFFICIAL PLAN AMENDMENT NO. 2
TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Whitestone is holding a Public Meeting pursuant to Section 34 of the Planning Act, on Thursday, September 30th, 2021.
PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The purpose of the Public Meeting is to inform the public and seek public consultation on two (2) Official Plan amendments under consideration which will address (i) trailers on vacant lots; and (ii) building on vacant lots that do not front on waterfront or a year round road.

Date: Thursday, September 30th, 2021
Time: 6:30 p.m.
Location: The Council meeting will be held by Zoom video conferencing with an option for ‘call in’ only. The Public is welcome to access the meeting and instructions will be placed on the Council agenda and the agenda will be posted on the Municipal website.
